Acceptance of terms

By using Game Manager Pro, coaches agree to these terms for using the scheduling platform and related services.

Coach and team accounts

Coaches must provide accurate team, field, and contact information. Account credentials should be kept secure, and teams should follow applicable league and facility rules.

Scheduling and challenge tools

The platform supports posting availability, finding opponents, sending challenges, and tracking scheduled matchups. Coaches are responsible for confirming field access, opponent availability, and game logistics.

AI-assisted tournament explanations

Tournament Directors may request AI Schedule Review or Tournament Operations Copilot to explain deterministic schedule, field, reservation, bracket-readiness, registration, insurance, payment, officials, score, or publishing facts. These explanations are advisory only and cannot create, move, delete, publish, reserve, release, contact, approve, reject, sync, send, score, charge, or refund anything.

AI-assisted explanations may be incomplete or wrong. Game Manager Pro’s deterministic scheduling, reservation, bracket, registration, payment, insurance, and provider controls remain authoritative. Directors must review any AI-assisted explanation before taking action through the normal product workflows, and normal service limitations still apply.

Cancellations and availability

Availability entries may change, and scheduled games should be managed through the dashboard. Coaches should update availability promptly and communicate clearly about cancellations or field changes.

Pro Access and billing

Pro Access provides the full toolkit for scheduling. Billing is handled through Stripe, and the platform does not store raw payment card details directly.

Text messages

When you request a phone verification code, you agree to receive one automated security-code text at the phone number provided. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Ongoing transactional SMS notifications are optional and require a separate opt-in. Those messages may relate to challenges, schedules, tournaments, payments, insurance, officials, or account activity. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

• Do not send spam challenges or harassing messages.
• Do not provide false team or contact information.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

No guarantee of games or fields

Game Manager Pro helps coaches coordinate scheduling, but it does not guarantee opponents, games, field access, officials, or availability. Coaches should verify details directly with other teams and facilities.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as-is. Game Manager Pro is not responsible for third-party venue issues, opponent cancellations, or outcomes of games. Use the service at your own risk.

Changes to service

Game Manager Pro may update features and terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
